In a video posted to his Instagram, the Mavin Records boss explained that some people give him things for free, only to expect big favors later. He joked, “You sell Nkwobi, you give me some for free. I eat it. Then later you ask me to give you Rema. How does Nkwobi equal Rema?”

He wrapped up the clip with a clear message: “Please, don’t give me anything. I don’t want. Thanks. Bye.”
