The Punisher Testified Diddy Was Naked and Had Veil Over His Face for First ‘Freak-Off

Exotic dancer The Punisher, who allegedly attended several of Diddy’s “freak-offs,” testified that Diddy was naked and wearing a veil in their first meeting. 51-year-old Sharay Hayes took the stand during the seventh day of testimony in Diddy’s sex trafficking trial on Tuesday, May 20 and explained his alleged encounter with Diddy when they first meet.

“What I recall is the man was nude, but I could not see his face,” alleged Hayes. “Here was, like — I don’t know it was called, it was, like, what the Muslim women wear, where the face is covered completely in the veil and you can only see the eyes.”

He continued, “It was a nude male with one of those veils on… And I could see he had what I saw as a bottle of Astroglide he was carrying.”

Hayes also testified that he was enlisted for a freak-off in 2012 after Cassie called him, using the name “Janet,” and initially claiming that she wanted to hire a dancer for an event with friends.

When Hayes arrived, however, he met Cassie but there weren’t any other guests around. “And she explained to me that she didn’t want me to actually dance,” he said. “She explained to me that her and her husband liked to create a sexy scene that consisted of me and her mutually applying baby oil, applying it to ourselves and to possibly each other, and try to create a sexy environment that her husband would eventually come out to watch.”

Hayes claimed that he was hired for “between eight and twelve” additional freak-offs, with the last one happening in March of 2015. He also claimed what Diddy’s role often was during sessions that he and Cassie allegedly had oral and penetrative sex in.

“[Diddy] would at some point come into the room, sit in the distance, gave subtle directions to Ms. Ventura based on…angles, lighting, positionings, and sometimes the sexual activity,” Hayes alleged.

Hayes testified that his compensation for these freak-offs would be either $1,200 or $2,000 each time.
